BBIS APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Complete a Tenancy Application Form – These applications are located at the Bessemer Business Center and the Downtown Entrepreneurial Center or you can use the link.

2. Prepare and submit a comprehensive business plan to the BBIS Director.  The BBIS director/consultant can assist in the preparation of the plan if needed.

3. Present the business plan to the Bessemer Industrial Development Board.  The industrial development board owns the incubator facilities and retains final approval/disapproval authority.
